E1 为室内环境温度传感器故障。室内机进风口处的热敏电阻检测房间实际温度，传感器开路或短路导致空调无法正常控温。
常见原因
- 传感器热敏电阻老化，阻值漂移超出正常范围
- 传感器连接线断裂或端子氧化接触不良
- 传感器受潮导致短路
- 控制板传感器检测电路故障
- 传感器物理损坏（如被撞击或昆虫侵入）
自助排查
- 检查室内机进风口处温度传感器外观是否完好
- 断电后打开面板，检查传感器插头是否松动或脱落
- 用万用表测量传感器阻值，常温下正常约为 5-10kΩ
- 如传感器外观正常但测量异常，更换同型号传感器
- 若更换后仍报故障，控制板检测电路可能损坏，联系奥克斯售后
