- 断电重启电视，排除接触性故障或偶发通信错误。
- 检查逻辑板排线是否插紧——将排线两端重新插拔，注意排线金手指是否氧化，可用酒精擦拭。
- 轻按逻辑板上的芯片表面（断电后操作），看是否有明显松动——芯片虚焊可能通过按压临时改善。
- 检查排线金手指是否有弯折、断裂或烧灼痕迹。
- 若以上操作无效，请记录逻辑板型号并联系康佳售后更换逻辑板。

The Konka TV has detected a T-Con (timing control / logic board) abnormality. Error code E004 indicates that communication between the main chip and the T-Con board failed, or the logic board did not return a normal sync signal. The screen may show garbled images, a white screen, horizontal line interference, or a split image, but backlight and sound are usually normal.
Common Causes
- The main timing control chip on the T-Con board is damaged or has cold solder joints.
- The LVDS/eDP data cable between the main board and the T-Con board is poorly seated or broken.
- The fuse resistor on the T-Con board (typically labeled F1/F2) has blown, cutting power to the logic board.
- The Gamma correction IC on the logic board is damaged, causing abnormal grayscale reproduction.
- The VDD/VCOM/VDA voltages from the T-Con board’s DC-DC converter are abnormal.
- The screen parameter settings (panel ID/config) on the main board do not match the actual panel.
Self-Check Steps
- Power cycle the TV to rule out intermittent contact issues or transient communication errors.
- Check if the T-Con board ribbon cables are fully seated — reseat both ends and inspect the gold fingers for oxidation. Wipe with alcohol if needed.
- Gently press on the surface of ICs on the logic board (with power off) to feel for loose chips — cold solder joints may temporarily improve with slight pressure.
- Inspect the ribbon cable gold fingers for bending, breakage, or burn marks.
- If none of the above helps, note the T-Con board model number and contact Konka after-sales service for a replacement.
