高压电路故障。微波炉高压电路部分(高压变压器、高压电容、高压二极管)存在异常——可能导致保险管熔断、跳闸或发出异常噪声。
常见原因
- 高压变压器(HVT)初级或次级绕组匝间短路,空载电流极大
- 高压电容内部击穿短路,造成高压回路电流异常
- 高压二极管正向或反向电阻异常(正常应为单向导通)
- 高压变压器硅钢片松动或磁芯断裂,发出强烈振动声
- 高压电路中的连接插头氧化打火,接触电阻增大
自助排查
- 断开电源并放空高压电容(高压电容可能存有危险电荷),检查保险管是否熔断
- 使用万用表测量高压变压器初级绕组(通常约1-2Ω)和次级绕组电阻值
- 测量高压电容容量是否在标称范围内(通常约0.8-1.2μF)
- 若保险管已断且高压电容或变压器短路,更换损坏的高压组件

Meaning
High-voltage circuit fault. An anomaly exists in the microwave’s high-voltage circuit (HVT, high-voltage capacitor, high-voltage diode), which may cause the fuse to blow, the breaker to trip, or abnormal noise.
Common Causes
- Inter-turn short in the primary or secondary winding of the HVT, causing extremely high no-load current
- Internal short circuit in the high-voltage capacitor causing abnormal HV loop current
- Abnormal forward or reverse resistance in the high-voltage diode (should conduct in one direction only)
- Loose HVT silicon steel laminations or cracked ferrite core producing strong vibration noise
- Oxidized and arcing connector contacts in the high-voltage circuit increasing contact resistance
Self-Check Steps
- Disconnect power and discharge the high-voltage capacitor (holds dangerous charge), then check the fuse
- Measure the primary winding resistance (typically 1-2Ω) and secondary winding resistance of the HVT
- Measure the high-voltage capacitor capacitance against its rated value (typically 0.8-1.2μF)
- If the fuse is blown and the capacitor or transformer tests shorted, replace the faulty HV components
