WiFi模块通信异常。主控板检测到与WiFi模组之间通信失败，或WiFi模组无法正常初始化，导致智能功能（远程控制、APP连接）不可用。
常见原因
- WiFi模组供电电压异常（3.3V或5V不稳）
- 模组固件异常导致死机
- 主控板与WiFi模组串口（UART）通信中断或波特率不匹配
- 模组附近强电磁干扰（如微波炉同时工作）
- WiFi模组焊接不良或虚焊
- 路由器2.4G频段信道设置与模组不兼容
自助排查
- 断电重启烟机，同时重启家庭路由器，等待2分钟后观察是否恢复
- 检查家用WiFi是否为2.4GHz频段（部分Robam模组不支持5GHz）
- 远离强干扰源（微波炉等）使用，确认是否偶发
- 若长期不恢复，尝试长按网络配置键重新配网
- 如以上均无效，需更换WiFi模组或主控板

Self-Check Steps
- Power cycle the range hood and restart your home router; wait 2 minutes and check for recovery
- Verify your home WiFi is on the 2.4 GHz band — some Robam modules do not support 5 GHz
- Temporarily move away from strong EMI sources (microwave ovens, etc.) and test
- If the issue persists long-term, press and hold the network config button to re-pair the device
- If none of the above works, replace the WiFi module or main control board
