- 检查整条排水管路，特别是洗衣机背后和地面弯折处，确保管道无压扁、无死折、无缠绕。
- 确认排水管末端与地漏保持适当间隙，不要完全密闭插入；排水管末端不应浸入下水道水面。
- 若冬季使用且环境温度低于 0℃，可向排水管内倒入少量温水帮助化冰，或将洗衣机移至温暖环境一段时间后再启动。
- 完成以上检查后重新运行洗涤程序，若故障依然存在，请联系三星售后检修排水泵及控制板。

Common Causes
- The debris filter (drain pump filter) is severely clogged with lint, hair, coins, or other debris, preventing the drain pump from working.
- The drain hose is kinked, crushed, or compressed by heavy objects, obstructing water flow.
- The drain hose end is inserted too deeply into the floor drain or the outlet is submerged in standing water, creating a siphoning effect that prevents drainage.
- In winter, residual water inside the drain hose has frozen, causing an ice blockage in the line.
- The drain pump motor has failed or the impeller is jammed and cannot rotate.
Self-Check Steps
- Open the lower front access panel, slowly unscrew the debris filter counterclockwise (have a container ready to catch residual water), and thoroughly clean the filter and pump cavity.
- Inspect the entire drain hose path, especially behind the washer and at floor bends, ensuring no crushing, sharp kinks, or tangling.
- Confirm that the drain hose end has proper clearance from the floor drain — do not seal it tightly; the drain outlet should not be submerged in drain water.
- In winter when the ambient temperature is below 0°C (32°F), pour a small amount of warm water into the drain hose to help melt ice, or move the washer to a warmer location for a while before restarting.
- After completing the checks, run a wash cycle. If the error persists, contact Samsung after-sales service to inspect the drain pump and control board.
