含义
压缩机启动继电器故障。压缩机无法正常启动或启动后立即停止。继电器不吸合或触点烧损，使压缩机供电中断。
常见原因
- 压缩机PTC启动器热敏电阻失效（开路或短路）
- 压缩机运行电容容量下降导致启动困难
- 继电器触点烧蚀、粘连或线圈开路
- 压缩机内部绕组短路导致过载保护器反复跳断
- 压缩机过载保护器（OLP）跳开后未复位
自助排查
- 听压缩机有无”嗡嗡”声但不启动——可能启动元件故障
- 断电后测量PTC启动器常温下阻值，正常应为几到几十欧姆
- 检查压缩机顶部接线端有无烧焦痕迹
- PTC启动器和电容是易损件，可单独更换

Meaning
Compressor start relay failure. The compressor cannot start or stops immediately after starting. The relay fails to engage or its contacts are burned, cutting power to the compressor.
Common Causes
- Failed PTC starting element (open or shorted thermistor)
- Degraded run capacitor reducing starting torque
- Burned, welded, or open relay contacts / coil
- Shorted compressor internal winding repeatedly tripping the overload protector
- Open overload protector (OLP) that has not reset
Self-Check Steps
- Listen for a humming sound from the compressor without rotation — suggests a bad start device
- Power off and measure the PTC starter resistance at room temperature; normal range is a few to tens of ohms
- Inspect the compressor top terminal pins for burn marks
- The PTC starter and run capacitor are replaceable consumables — easy to swap
