电源板故障。电视完全无反应——指示灯不亮、整机黑屏无声。电源板未输出待机电压或主电源电压，是最严重的硬件故障之一。
常见原因
- 电源板初级侧保险管熔断，可能由PFC开关管或整流桥击穿引起
- 主电解电容老化鼓包或漏液，导致滤波不良和电压跌落
- 待机电源IC（如FSL0380/TNY系列）损坏，无3.3VSB输出
- PFC升压电路MOSFET或二极管短路，触发过流保护
- 电源板次级侧肖特基整流二极管击穿，导致输出短路锁死
自助排查
- 确认电源线两端插紧，测试墙插是否有电
- 观察电源板上的指示灯是否亮起，检查电解电容有无鼓包或漏液痕迹
- 目视检查保险管是否熔断（管壁发黑），注意首次排查前务必断电放电

Meaning
Power supply board failure. The TV is completely dead — no power indicator, no video, no audio. The PSU board fails to produce standby voltage or main supply rails. This is the most critical hardware fault.
Common Causes
- Blown input fuse caused by a shorted PFC MOSFET or bridge rectifier
- Bulging or leaking main electrolytic capacitors causing excessive ripple and voltage drop
- Failed standby power IC (e.g. FSL0380/TNY series) resulting in no 3.3VSB output
- Shorted PFC boost MOSFET or boost diode triggering overcurrent latch-off
- Shorted Schottky rectifier diode on the secondary side locking down all output rails
Self-Check Steps
- Confirm the power cord is firmly plugged in at both ends and test the wall outlet with another device
- Visually inspect the PSU board for bulging/leaking capacitors and a blown fuse
- If the fuse is blackened, a major short exists — never replace a fuse without clearing the root cause
- PSU repairs involve lethal high voltages — do NOT attempt DIY; contact authorized service for board replacement
