常见原因
- LVDS排线两端插头松动或锁扣未完全压紧
- 排线金手指氧化或沾染污渍导致接触电阻增大
- 排线内部导体因反复弯折断裂（尤其靠近插头根部）
- 主板上LVDS连接器座焊点开裂，常见于大型电视搬运后
- 屏端连接器针脚弯曲或缩针导致个别数据对开路
自助排查
- 关机断电后重新插拔LVDS排线两端，确保锁扣扣紧
- 用无水酒精清洁排线金手指和连接器，去除氧化层
- 轻微活动排线观察屏幕变化——若随弯折变化则排线内部断裂
- 若确认排线完好，可能是T-CON或主板LVDS接口虚焊，需专业人员处理

LVDS/panel cable connection failure. The screen shows horizontal streaks, flickering, color shift, uneven brightness (half bright/half dark), or intermittent blackouts. Image distortion varies with temperature and physical movement.
Common Causes
- Loose LVDS cable connectors at either end with unlatched retention clips
- Oxidized or contaminated gold fingers on the ribbon cable increasing contact resistance
- Internal conductor breakage from repeated cable bending, especially near connector ends
- Cracked solder joints on the main board’s LVDS connector barrel — common after TV transport
- Bent or recessed pins in the panel-side connector causing one or more data pairs to open
Self-Check Steps
- Power off, reseat the LVDS cable at both ends, and lock the latches securely
- Clean the gold fingers and connectors with isopropyl alcohol to remove oxidation
- Gently flex the cable while watching the screen — if artifacts change with flexing, the cable is broken internally
- If the cable checks out, suspect cold solder joints on the main board or T-CON LVDS connector — professional rework required
