空气净化器内部通信总线错误。E6 表示主控板与传感器板或显示板之间的通信总线（如 I2C、UART）通信异常，各模块之间无法正常交换数据。
常见原因
- 主控板与子板之间的通信排线松动或断裂。
- 通信总线上的上拉电阻损坏或焊点虚焊。
- 传感器板或显示板上的通信接口芯片损坏。
- 电磁干扰导致通信数据出错——电机启动时产生的高频噪声耦合到通信线路上。
- 主控板 MCU 的通信接口损坏。
- 电路板受潮漏电，通信信号电平异常。
自助排查
- 断电后检查主控板与各模块之间的连接排线，重新插紧两端。
- 将机器放置到干燥通风处 4–6 小时排除内部潮气，再通电测试。
- 如果机器在刚使用高风挡后出现 E6，可能是电机产生的电磁干扰导致，降低风速运行观察。
- 检查排线金手指是否有氧化发黑——如有用橡皮擦轻轻擦拭。
- 内部通信总线故障需要主板级检测能力，联系 TCL 售后检修主板或更换通信排线。

Common Causes
- The communication ribbon cable between the main board and sub-boards is loose or broken.
- The pull-up resistors on the communication bus are damaged or have cold solder joints.

- Electromagnetic interference corrupting communication data — high-frequency noise from the motor during startup couples into the communication line.
- The MCU communication interface on the main control board is damaged.
- Moisture ingress causing circuit board leakage and abnormal communication signal levels.
Self-Check Steps
- After powering off, inspect the connection cables between the main board and various modules; reseat them firmly at both ends.
- Place the unit in a dry, well-ventilated area for 4–6 hours to allow internal moisture to dissipate, then test again.
- If E6 appears right after running at high fan speed, it may be caused by electromagnetic interference from the motor — try running at lower speed and observe.
- Check the ribbon cable contacts for oxidation or darkening — gently clean with an eraser if needed.
- Internal communication bus faults require main board-level diagnostics. Contact TCL after-sales to inspect the main board or replace the communication cable.
