吸尘风扇电机（主吸力电机）故障，无法产生正常吸力。机器人可以移动但清洁能力严重下降或完全丧失。
常见原因
- 风扇电机轴承磨损，转子与定子发生摩擦
- 电机进风口吸入大颗粒碎屑堵塞扇叶
- 风扇叶片破损或动平衡丢失，运行剧烈振动
- 电机绕组受潮短路或因过载烧毁
- 电机驱动电路元件烧毁或焊点脱落
自助排查
- 关闭机器人电源并拔下充电座
- 打开集尘盒，检查进风通道是否有大颗粒堵塞
- 倾倒集尘盒并清理过滤网
- 启动机器人并用手靠近吸口感受是否有气流——若无气流则电机可能已损坏

Meaning
The suction fan motor (main vacuum motor) has a fault and cannot generate normal suction. The robot can still move but its cleaning performance is severely degraded or completely lost.
Common Causes
- Worn fan motor bearings causing rotor-to-stator contact
- Large debris particles sucked into the motor intake, blocking the fan blades
- Damaged fan blades or lost dynamic balance causing severe vibration during operation
- Motor windings shorted from moisture ingress or burned out from overload
- Burned motor drive circuit components or dislodged solder joints
Self-Check Steps
- Power off the robot and unplug the charging dock
- Open the dust bin and inspect the intake channel for large particle blockages
- Empty the dust bin and clean the filter mesh
- Power on the robot and place your hand near the suction port to feel for airflow — no airflow indicates a likely motor failure
- Do not attempt to disassemble the motor yourself; contact Dyson service for fan motor assembly replacement
