机器人底部悬崖/跌落传感器信号异常,无法正确检测台阶或悬空区域,可能导致机器人从楼梯处跌落。
常见原因
- 悬崖传感器窗口被灰尘或污垢遮挡,红外信号受阻
- 传感器在深色地板上吸收红外光,误判为悬空
- 传感器安装支架松动或脱落,探测角度偏移
- 在强光直射或反射地面(如镜面、抛光大理石)环境下传感器受干扰
- 一个或多个悬崖传感器LED或光敏元件损坏
自助排查
- 翻转机器人,用干净的干布擦拭底部所有悬崖传感器窗口(通常4-6个圆形开口)
- 检查传感器窗口是否有划痕或覆盖物
- 将机器人放在平坦地面,用手依次遮挡每个传感器观察反应
- 在深色地毯上试运行——若只在深色地面出现E07则属于正常现象
- 若擦拭后仍持续报错且所有地面类型均出现,需更换传感器模块

Meaning
The robot’s cliff/drop sensor signal is abnormal, preventing accurate detection of stairs or drop-offs. This may cause the robot to fall down stairs.
Common Causes
- Cliff sensor windows blocked by dust or dirt, obstructing the infrared signal
- Infrared light absorbed by dark-colored flooring, causing a false “drop detected” reading
- Sensor mounting bracket loose or detached, altering the detection angle
- Strong direct light or reflective flooring (mirrors, polished marble) interfering with sensor readings
- One or more cliff sensor LEDs or photodetectors damaged
Self-Check Steps
- Flip the robot over and wipe all cliff sensor windows (typically 4-6 round openings) with a clean dry cloth
- Inspect the sensor windows for scratches or any covering material
- Place the robot on a flat surface and manually cover each sensor in turn to observe the response
- Test on a dark carpet — if E07 only appears on dark flooring, this is expected behavior
- If cleaning does not resolve the issue and it occurs on all floor types, replace the cliff sensor module
