E1 为系统高压保护故障。当空调运行过程中冷媒系统高压侧压力超出安全阈值时，控制器触发高压保护并停机，防止压缩机及管路损坏。
常见原因
- 室外机冷凝器翅片脏堵，散热不良导致冷凝压力升高。
- 室外风机电机故障或电容损坏，风扇不转或转速过低。
- 制冷剂充注量过多，超出系统设计允许值。
- 冷凝器出口管路堵塞或阀门未完全打开。
- 环境温度过高，超出设备正常运行范围。
自助排查
- 断电后目视检查室外机冷凝器翅片是否积灰或异物堵塞，使用软刷或低压水枪清洗。
- 开机后观察室外风机是否正常运转；若风扇不转，断电后检查风扇电容及电机。
- 如近期维修过空调并补充过制冷剂，可能充注过量，需联系专业人员使用压力表检测。
- 检查室外机周围是否有障碍物影响通风，确保进出风侧有足够空间。
- 若以上检查均正常，请联系格力售后服务中心安排上门检修。

Meaning
E1 indicates a high-pressure protection trip. When the refrigerant system’s high-side pressure exceeds the safety limit during operation, the controller triggers high-pressure protection and shuts down the compressor to prevent damage to the compressor and piping.
Common Causes
- Outdoor condenser fins are dirty or clogged, causing poor heat dissipation and elevated condensing pressure.
- Outdoor fan motor failure or capacitor defect; the fan does not spin or spins too slowly.
- Excessive refrigerant charge, exceeding the system’s designed capacity.
- Blocked condenser outlet piping or a valve that is not fully open.
- Ambient temperature is too high, exceeding the unit’s normal operating range.
Self-Check Steps
- Power off the unit and visually inspect the outdoor condenser fins for dust buildup or debris. Clean using a soft brush or low-pressure water spray.
- Power on the unit and observe whether the outdoor fan is rotating normally. If the fan does not spin, power off and check the fan capacitor and motor.
- If the unit was recently serviced and refrigerant was added, the charge may be excessive. A qualified technician should measure system pressure with a manifold gauge set.
- Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the outdoor unit for proper airflow on both the intake and exhaust sides.
