E8 为显示面板与主控制板通信故障。显示板通过串行通信与主板交换按键指令和显示数据，通信中断会导致按键失灵、显示异常。
常见原因
- 显示面板至主板的连接线束断裂
- 连接器端子锈蚀
- 显示板 MCU 故障
- 主板通信电路损坏
自助排查
- 观察显示屏是否完全黑屏或显示乱码。
- 将冰箱断电 5 分钟后重新上电，看显示是否恢复正常。
- 检查冰箱门铰链处的线束是否因反复开关门而破损。
- 如显示屏时而正常时而异常，可能为连接器松动，需拆开面板检查。
- 若确认通信故障且非线束问题，需更换显示板或主板，联系海信售后。

Self-Check Steps
