E001 为背光系统故障。当电视机屏幕背光 LED 灯条或驱动电路出现异常时触发，表现为屏幕不亮或亮度异常，影响正常观看。
常见原因
- LED 灯条老化或个别灯珠烧毁
- 背光驱动板元件（MOSFET、电容）损坏
- 背光供电电源不稳定，电压波动
- 灯条与驱动板连接线松动或接触不良
- 长期高亮度使用导致灯条提前老化
自助排查
- 关闭电源后，在暗环境中用手电筒贴近屏幕观察是否有微弱图像，若有图像则确认背光故障。
- 打开后盖目视检查 LED 灯条接口是否松动，重新插紧连接线。
- 使用万用表测量背光驱动板输出电压是否在正常范围。
- 如发现灯条有明显烧毁痕迹（发黑、灯珠不亮），需更换整条灯条。
- 若驱动板元件明显烧焦或鼓包，建议联系海信售后更换驱动板。

Self-Check Steps
- Power off the TV and shine a flashlight close to the screen in a dark room; if a faint image is visible, the backlight is confirmed faulty.
- Open the back cover and visually inspect the LED strip connectors; reseat any loose connections.
- Use a multimeter to measure the backlight driver board output voltage and verify it is within the normal range.
- If LED strips show visible burn marks (dark spots, dead LEDs), the entire strip must be replaced.
- If the driver board shows burnt components or bulging capacitors, contact Hisense after-sales service for replacement.
