E002 为面板 VGH（栅极开启电压）异常故障。TFT 液晶面板需要 VGH 电压驱动像素晶体管导通，当此电压缺失或偏离正常值时，屏幕会出现显示异常、竖线或无画面。
常见原因
- VGH 电压生成电路故障
- 面板驱动 IC 芯片损坏
- VGH 滤波电容容量下降或漏电
- T-con 板电压调节器（regulator）失效
- 面板 COF（Chip on Film）排线氧化接触不良
自助排查
- 断电后检查面板与 T-con 板之间的排线是否插紧，清洁排线金手指。
- 用万用表测量 VGH 测试点电压，正常值一般在 20-30V 左右（因面板型号不同有所差异）。
- 目视检查 VGH 电压生成电路区域的电容是否有鼓包或漏液。
- 若 T-con 板有明显烧痕或元件损坏，需更换 T-con 板。
- 如以上均正常，面板本身驱动 IC 可能损坏，需联系海信售后进行面板维修或更换。

Meaning
Panel VGH (gate-on) voltage abnormal. The TFT LCD panel requires VGH voltage to turn on pixel transistors. When this voltage is missing or out of range, the screen may show display artifacts, vertical lines, or no picture.

- Panel driver IC chip damaged
- VGH filter capacitor degraded or leaky
- T-con board voltage regulator failure
- Panel COF (Chip on Film) flex cable oxidation and poor contact
Self-Check Steps
- Power off the TV and check the flex cable between the panel and T-con board; reseat and clean the gold contacts.
- Use a multimeter to measure the VGH test point voltage; normal values are typically around 20-30V (varies by panel model).
- Visually inspect capacitors in the VGH generation circuit area for bulging or leakage.
- If the T-con board shows visible burn marks or damaged components, replace the T-con board.
- If all above checks pass, the panel driver IC may be damaged; contact Hisense service for panel repair or replacement.
