自助排查
- 断电重启空调,观察 E2 是否复现。
- 打开室内机面板检查蒸发器翅片是否严重结霜——如果结霜严重,先让空调自然化霜 1-2 小时后再试。
- 检查传感器探头是否插在蒸发器翅片上规定的位置,如脱落请小心插回。
- 清理蒸发器表面的灰尘污垢,确保传感器与翅片良好接触。
- 如无法解决,请联系康佳售后上门检修更换蒸发器传感器。

Meaning
The Konka air conditioner has detected an abnormal indoor evaporator coil temperature sensor. Error code E2 indicates that the indoor main board has detected an open circuit, short circuit, or abnormal resistance on the evaporator pipe temperature sensor. This sensor monitors the evaporator’s frost and temperature status for cooling/heating control and freeze protection.
Common Causes
- The evaporator pipe temperature sensor itself is damaged — NTC thermistor is open or shorted.
- The sensor probe has come loose from its slot in the evaporator fins, causing inaccurate readings.
- The sensor wiring insulation is damaged or shorted due to soaking in condensate water from defrosting.
- Corroded or oxidized sensor connector pins, increasing contact resistance.
- Faulty sensor interface circuit on the indoor main board (damaged voltage divider resistor or MCU port).
- Severe evaporator frosting has wrapped the sensor in ice, severely delaying thermal response.
Self-Check Steps
- Power cycle the AC and observe whether E2 reappears.
- Open the indoor unit panel and check the evaporator fins for heavy frost — if severely frosted, allow the AC to naturally defrost for 1-2 hours before retrying.
- Check whether the sensor probe is correctly inserted into the designated slot on the evaporator fins. Gently reinsert if dislodged.
- Clean dust and dirt from the evaporator surface to ensure good thermal contact between sensor and fins.
- If the issue persists, contact Konka after-sales service for on-site evaporator sensor replacement.
