自助排查
- 打开机门，检查门封圈边缘和门缝处是否有纽扣、拉链头、小件衣物等异物卡住，清理后重新用力关门。
- 目视检查门锁挂钩（位于机门内侧）和门扣（位于机身前框）是否有明显变形或损坏。
- 确认关门时能听到清晰的”咔嗒”锁止声。如没有锁止声，尝试轻推机门或重新开关几次。
- 如果机门确认已关好但故障依旧，断开电源等待 3–5 分钟重新通电，部分型号的电子门锁可以通过断电复位。
- 如以上步骤均无效，可能是门锁组件或主板故障，请联系 LG 售后服务中心安排上门维修。切勿在门锁损坏时强行使用洗衣机，有漏水风险。

Meaning
The washing machine detects that the door is not properly closed during startup or operation, displaying the dE error code. dE stands for Door Error. For safety reasons, the machine will not run wash, rinse, or spin cycles when the door lock is not engaged.
Common Causes
- The door is not fully closed — clothing or foreign objects are caught between the door and the seal.
- The door latch hook, strike plate, or door hinge is deformed, loose, or damaged.
- The door gasket (rubber seal) is displaced or deformed, preventing the door from locking properly.
- The door lock switch (door lock assembly) has worn internal contacts, poor electrical connection, or a burnt-out component.
- Loose wiring in the door lock control circuit or a fault in the main control board’s detection circuit.
Self-Check Steps
- Open the door and check the gasket edge and door gap for any foreign objects such as buttons, zipper pulls, or small garments. Remove any obstructions, then firmly close the door.
- Visually inspect the door latch hook (on the inner side of the door) and the strike plate (on the front frame of the machine) for noticeable deformation or damage.
- When closing the door, listen for a distinct “click” indicating the lock has engaged. If no click is heard, try gently pushing the door or opening and closing it a few times.
- If the door is confirmed closed but the error persists, disconnect power for 3–5 minutes and reconnect — some models’ electronic door locks can be reset by a power cycle.
- If none of the above steps resolve the issue, the door lock assembly or main control board may be faulty. Contact LG customer service for an on-site inspection. Do not attempt to operate the machine with a damaged door lock, as water leakage may occur.
