室内风扇电机锁定故障。室内机的贯流风扇电机无法正常启动或运转，控制板检测到电机反馈信号异常或转子卡死。空调可能发出”嗡嗡”声但风叶不转。
常见原因
- 室内风扇电机轴承缺油或磨损卡死，无法旋转
- 电机启动电容（如使用PSC电机）容量下降或失效

Meaning
Indoor fan motor locked. The cross-flow fan motor in the indoor unit fails to start or rotate properly. The control board detects abnormal motor feedback signals or a locked rotor. The unit may hum but the fan blades do not turn.
Common Causes
- Indoor fan motor bearing seized due to lack of lubrication or wear
- Motor start capacitor (for PSC motors) degraded or failed
- Hall sensor inside the motor damaged, losing feedback signal
- Motor winding short-circuit or open-circuit with abnormal impedance
- Foreign object jammed in the fan blades or heavy dust buildup increasing resistance
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and disconnect the AC, then manually spin the cross-flow fan to check for smooth rotation
- Use a vacuum to clean accumulated dust and debris from the fan blades and air channel
- Measure motor winding resistance with a multimeter and compare to the rated value to detect short/open circuits
- If the motor is seized or windings are abnormal, replace the indoor fan motor assembly
