室内机NTC温度传感器故障。室内机进风口或室内温度检测用热敏电阻开路、短路或阻值漂移超出正常范围，导致空调无法准确感知室温。
常见原因
- 室内温度传感器插头松动或接触不良，阻值信号不稳定
- 传感器引线断裂（尤其是在经过反复弯折后）
- 传感器头部NTC热敏电阻老化，25℃下的标称阻值偏离±5%以上
- 传感器受潮或腐蚀，导致电阻值异常偏低
- 室内机主板上传感器分压电路中的贴片电阻虚焊
自助排查
- 检查室内机面板后的传感器插头是否插紧，重新拔插一次
- 使用万用表测量传感器在室温下的阻值（通常在5-15kΩ范围）
- 将传感器用手握紧升温，观察阻值是否相应下降（负温度系数特性）
- 若无明显变化或阻值固定不变，需更换室内机温度传感器组件

Indoor NTC temperature sensor fault. The thermistor for intake air or room temperature detection is open, shorted, or its resistance has drifted outside the normal range, preventing the AC from accurately sensing room temperature.
Common Causes
- Loose sensor connector on the indoor unit causing unstable resistance readings
- Broken sensor lead wire, especially after repeated flexing
- Aged NTC thermistor with nominal resistance at 25°C deviating beyond ±5% of specification
- Moisture or corrosion on the sensor element causing abnormally low resistance
- Cold solder joint on the voltage-divider resistor on the indoor main board
Self-Check Steps
- Verify the sensor connector behind the indoor unit panel is fully seated; unplug and reinsert
- Measure sensor resistance at room temperature with a multimeter (typically 5-15kΩ range)
- Warm the sensor by holding it in your hand — resistance should decrease accordingly (NTC characteristic)
- If resistance does not change or stays fixed at an extreme value, replace the indoor temperature sensor assembly
