- 压力传感器弹簧片疲劳变形导致灵敏度变化
- 传感器内部电路受潮——潮气侵入密封腔体
- 传感器微动开关或霍尔元件偏移原位置
- 牙刷内部积累牙膏泡沫导致传感器误触发
- 连接传感器与主板的排线接触不良
自助排查
- 轻按刷头检测振动反馈是否触发压力灯闪烁
- 清洁牙刷内部——将刷头拆下，用流水冲洗手柄连接区域并彻底干燥
- 自然晾干牙刷48小时（勿用吹风机热风）——排出内部潮气
- 如有多个模式——切换模式测试压力感应是否正常
- 不影响基本刷牙——可关闭压力感应功能（如有）继续使用

Pressure sensor anomaly. The brush’s pressure-sensing function is not working, is overly sensitive, or continuously indicates excessive brushing force.
Common Causes
- Fatigued or deformed pressure sensor spring leaf altering sensitivity
- Moisture ingress into the sensor sealed chamber
- Misaligned micro-switch or Hall element in the pressure sensor assembly
- Accumulated toothpaste foam inside the handle triggering false pressure readings
- Loose ribbon cable between the sensor and the main board
Self-Check Steps
- Press the brush head gently and check if the pressure indicator light responds
- Clean the brush interface — remove the head, rinse the connection area with water, and dry thoroughly
- Allow the brush to air-dry for 48 hours (do not use a hair dryer) to expel internal moisture
- If multiple modes are available, switch modes to test pressure sensing in each
- The brush remains functional for basic cleaning — disable the pressure sensor feature if available
