自助排查

- 确认主刷盖板卡扣到位——听到”咔嗒”声
- 清洁后手动旋转主刷应顺畅无阻力

- Bearing caps on both ends of the brush clogged with wrapped fibers
- Brush cover plate not properly latched, pressing the roller against the chassis
- Hard objects (coins, bottle caps) lodged inside the brush compartment
- Worn or slipping reduction gears in the main brush motor
Self-Check Steps
- Remove the main brush and use the included cleaning tool to cut away tangled hair and fibers
- Detach the bearing caps on both ends and remove any wrapped debris
- Check the brush compartment for lodged hard objects
- Ensure the brush cover plate clicks into place securely
- After cleaning, the main brush should spin freely by hand without resistance
