常见原因
- 电池循环寿命到达终点——锂电池典型寿命300-500次充放电
- 电池长期深度放电导致保护板锁定
- 电池内阻增大——老化电池无法提供足够电流
- 环境温度过低(低于5°C)导致电池放电能力大幅下降
- 主控板待机功耗异常导致电池静置时持续亏电
自助排查
- 将机器人置于基座连续充电至少4小时
- 检查环境温度——低于5°C时将机器人移至室温环境充电
- 用万用表测量电池输出电压——低于额定值80%建议更换
- 观察充满后使用时长是否明显缩短——若不足全新时一半需换电池
- 如长期未使用(超过3个月),先充电8小时再尝试使用

Self-Check Steps
- Place the robot on the charging dock for at least 4 hours of continuous charging
- Check ambient temperature — if below 5°C, move the robot to a warmer room for charging
- Measure battery output voltage with a multimeter — replace if below 80% of rated value
- Observe runtime after a full charge — if less than half of when new, replace the battery
- If the robot has been unused for over 3 months, charge for 8 hours before use
