2. Inspect the fill hose for kinks, twists, or crushing
3. Remove and clean the inlet filter screen at the water connection
4. Power cycle and listen for a clicking sound from the fill valve — no click indicates a coil or drive circuit fault
5. If the fill valve operates correctly but water still does not enter, replace the water level sensor or contact after-sales service
