3. Remove the spray arms and filter assembly; check the drain pump inlet for large obstructions (bones, pits, etc.)
4. Listen for pump operation during drain — running pump with no drainage suggests a jammed impeller; silence suggests a motor or circuit fault
5. Check the drain hose connection to the sewer pipe; ensure the insertion depth does not exceed 10 cm to prevent siphoning
