DE表示洗衣机机门未正确关闭或门锁开关信号异常。洗衣机在启动任何程序前都会检测机门是否已关好，门锁是否已锁紧。如果门开关信号未到位或门锁无法锁定，洗衣机将显示DE并拒绝运行。
常见原因
- 机门没有完全关紧，门钩未正确插入门锁卡槽。
- 门锁内部机械卡滞，锁舌无法弹出或缩回。
- 门锁电气触点氧化或烧蚀，触点接触不良。
- 门锁连接线束松动或断裂。
- 门铰链变形或门框上有异物阻挡关门。
自助排查
- 打开机门，检查门密封圈上是否有异物（硬币、发夹等）阻挡关门，清理后重新关紧机门。
- 检查门铰链是否松动或变形，用轻微力量推门确认门锁能听到”咔嗒”锁紧声。
- 如果门关上但DE仍然出现，用手按住门体中间位置看能否消除代码，若能说明门锁需要调整。
- 拔掉电源插头等待一分钟后重新插电再试。
- 如果门锁机构损坏或无法修复，需更换门锁组件，联系售后。

Meaning
DE indicates the washer door is not fully closed or the door lock switch signal is abnormal. The washer checks the door closed status before starting any program. If the door switch signal is not received or the door lock cannot engage, the washer displays DE and refuses to run.
Common Causes
- The door is not fully shut — the door hook has not properly engaged the lock catch.
- Internal mechanical binding in the door lock — the latch cannot extend or retract.
- Oxidized or burned electrical contacts in the door lock switch.
- Loose or broken door lock wiring.
- Warped door hinge or debris on the frame preventing full closure.
Self-Check Steps
- Open the door and check the door seal for foreign objects (coins, hairpins) blocking closure. Remove and close firmly.
- Inspect the door hinges for looseness or deformation. Push the center of the door to hear if the latch clicks.
- If DE persists with the door fully closed, press on the door center — if the code clears, the lock needs adjustment.
- Unplug for one minute and re-plug, then try again.
- If the lock mechanism is damaged, replace the door lock assembly — contact Samsung.
