- 检查加热管连接器是否有烧焦、变色或松动，清理或更换连接端子。

Common Causes
- Thick limescale buildup on the heating element surface prevents heat dissipation, causing the internal element to melt open.
- Oxidized or burned heater connector pins causing high contact resistance.
- The heating element itself has burned open — measurable with a multimeter.
- The thermostat (thermal protector) has tripped and not reset, or is permanently damaged.
- The heater drive relay on the main board has burned contacts or failed circuit.
Self-Check Steps
- Unplug the washer for 5 minutes.
- Open the rear cover or lower panel to access the heater (at the bottom of the drum).
- Measure the heating element resistance with a multimeter — normal value is about 20-50Ω. Infinite means open circuit.
- Check the heater connector for burning, discoloration, or looseness. Clean or replace terminals.
- If the heater resistance is normal but the fault remains, the thermostat or main board may be at fault — contact Samsung.
