UE（部分型号显示为 UB）表示洗衣桶内负载不平衡。在脱水阶段，洗衣机通过振动传感器和电机电流检测到桶内衣物分布严重不均匀，导致内筒无法以正常速度高速旋转。为防止机器剧烈晃动、噪音过大或损坏悬挂系统，洗衣机自动中止脱水并显示此代码。
常见原因
- 单次放入的衣物过多或过少，导致桶内重心偏移。
- 洗涤大件衣物（床单、被套、浴巾）时，织物缠绕成团，重心集中在一侧。
- 不同材质的衣物混洗，吸水后重量差异过大（如棉质与化纤），脱水时分布不均。
- 洗衣机安装不水平，四个底脚未调平，导致机身即使在正常负载下也容易检测到不平衡。
- 衣物本身吸水严重不均，例如羽绒服、枕头等蓬松物品。
自助排查
- 暂停洗衣机，打开机门，手动抖散缠绕和成团的衣物，将大件衣物尽量展开平铺。
- 取出部分衣物分批次洗涤，避免单次洗涤量过少（至少 2-3 件中小型衣物）或过多（不超过额定容量）。
- 洗大件物品时，建议同时加入 2-3 条毛巾或其他中小型衣物搭配洗涤，帮助桶内负载平衡。
- 检查洗衣机四周底脚是否均接触地面，用手晃动洗衣机不应有晃动感；如有不平，调节可调底脚至水平。
- 对于羽绒服、枕头等蓬松物品，建议选择”羽绒服”或”轻柔”专用程序，该程序会降低脱水转速，减少不平衡触发概率。

Meaning
UE (shown as UB on some models) indicates an unbalanced load inside the drum. During the spin cycle, the washer’s vibration sensor and motor current detection found that the laundry is severely unevenly distributed, preventing the drum from spinning at normal speed. To prevent excessive shaking, loud noise, or damage to the suspension system, the washer automatically halts the spin and displays this code.
Common Causes
- Too many or too few items loaded in a single wash, causing the drum’s center of gravity to shift.
- Bulky items (sheets, duvet covers, bath towels) tangling into a clump, concentrating weight on one side of the drum.
- Mixed fabrics in one load with vastly different water absorption rates (e.g., cotton vs. synthetics), causing uneven weight distribution during spin.
- The washer is not installed level — the four leveling feet are not adjusted properly, making the machine prone to detecting imbalance even under normal loads.
- Items that retain water unevenly, such as down jackets, pillows, and other bulky, absorbent articles.
Self-Check Steps
- Pause the washer, open the door, and manually shake apart tangled and clumped laundry; spread bulky items out as evenly as possible.
- Remove some items and wash in smaller batches; avoid washing too few items (at least 2-3 small to medium pieces) or overloading (do not exceed the rated capacity).
- When washing bulky items, add 2-3 towels or other small to medium items to help balance the load inside the drum.
- Check that all four leveling feet are firmly on the floor — the washer should not wobble when pushed by hand; if uneven, adjust the adjustable feet until level.
- For down jackets, pillows, and similar bulky items, use a dedicated “Down” or “Delicates” cycle, which uses a lower spin speed to reduce the chance of an imbalance error.
