- The drain line is completely blocked, kinked, or crushed, making it impossible for water to pass through.
- The drain pump motor is burnt out or damaged — power is supplied but the motor does not run.
- After draining, the door lock safety switch is faulty; the control system believes the door is not locked and prohibits high-speed spinning.
- The drive motor or motor drive board is faulty — draining works normally but the drum cannot rotate.
