扫地机器人右侧驱动轮卡住或过载。E2 表示右驱动轮的电机电流异常或转速反馈丢失。同左轮故障（E1），右侧驱动轮被异物缠住、卡死或传感器异常。
常见原因
- 右侧驱动轮被头发、地毯纤维或电线缠住。
- 驱动轮齿轮箱进入异物（沙粒、碎屑）导致卡滞。
- 驱动轮悬挂臂卡死在压缩位置，车轮腾空无法着地。
- 右轮电机霍尔传感器损坏，测速信号丢失。
- 驱动轮电机内部绕组短路或断线。
- 主板右轮驱动输出电路故障。
自助排查
- 将机器人翻转，手动转动右侧车轮检查转动是否灵活。
- 清理轮轴和轮胎侧面的缠绕物（头发、线头）。
- 拆下右驱动轮模块，检查齿轮箱内部是否有沙粒或碎石。
- 检查驱动轮悬挂活动是否正常——用手压下车轮应能弹性回弹。
- 清理后装回车轮，重启机器人测试。若仍报 E2，联系 TCL 售后更换驱动轮模块。

Meaning
The right drive wheel is stuck or overloaded. E2 indicates the right wheel motor current is abnormal or speed feedback is lost. Same as the left wheel fault (E1), the right drive wheel is entangled, jammed, or has a sensor anomaly.
Common Causes
- The right drive wheel is entangled with hair, carpet fibers, or wires.
- Foreign objects (sand grains, debris) have entered the drive wheel gearbox, causing binding.
- The drive wheel suspension arm is stuck in the compressed position, leaving the wheel off the ground.
- The right wheel motor Hall sensor is damaged; speed signal is lost.
- The drive wheel motor windings are shorted or open.
- The right wheel drive output circuit on the main board is faulty.
Self-Check Steps
- Flip the robot over and manually spin the right wheel to check for smooth rotation.
- Clean tangled material (hair, threads) from the wheel axle and tire side.
- Remove the right drive wheel module and inspect the gearbox for sand or small stones.
- Check that the drive wheel suspension moves freely — press down on the wheel; it should spring back.
- Reinstall the wheel after cleaning, restart the robot, and test. If E2 persists, contact TCL after-sales for drive wheel module replacement.
