洗衣机进水超时，在规定时间内水位未达到预设高度。E3 表示进水阶段水位传感器未检测到预定水位变化，可能为进水故障或水位检测故障。
常见原因
- 水龙头未打开或家中停水。
- 进水阀过滤网堵塞——水垢或泥沙阻塞了进水口滤网。
- 进水电磁阀线圈烧毁，阀门无法打开。
- 水位传感器空气管脱落、漏气或传感器本身故障。
- 进水阀到外桶之间的连接软管破损漏水。
- 主板进水阀驱动电路（可控硅）损坏，无法给进水阀供电。
自助排查
- 确认水龙头已打开且家中供水正常——打开水龙头验证水流。
- 关闭水龙头，拧下进水管两端，检查进水阀端口的过滤网并清洗干净。
- 用万用表测量进水阀线圈阻值——正常约 3kΩ–5kΩ。若为无穷大则线圈开路需更换。
- 打开顶盖检查水位传感器气管是否脱落——若脱落重新接好即可。
- 若水龙头和进水阀均正常但水位不上升，检查内桶是否漏水（可从机器底部看是否有积水）。
- 联系 TCL 售后更换进水阀、水位传感器或主板。

Water fill timeout — the water level did not reach the preset height within the specified time. E3 indicates the water level sensor did not detect the expected water level change during the fill phase; the cause may be a fill fault or a water level sensing fault.
Common Causes
- The water faucet is not turned on or there is no water supply.
- The inlet valve filter screen is clogged — scale or sediment blocking the water inlet screen.
- The inlet solenoid valve coil is burned out; the valve cannot open.
- The water level sensor air tube is detached, leaking, or the sensor itself is faulty.
- The connecting hose between the inlet valve and the outer tub is damaged and leaking.
- The inlet valve drive circuit (triac) on the main board is damaged and cannot supply power to the inlet valve.
Self-Check Steps
- Confirm the faucet is turned on and the household water supply is normal — open the faucet to verify water flow.
- Turn off the faucet, unscrew the inlet hose at both ends, inspect and clean the filter screen at the inlet valve port.
- Use a multimeter to measure the inlet valve coil resistance — normal is approximately 3kΩ–5kΩ. An infinite reading means the coil is open and needs replacement.
- Open the top cover and check whether the water level sensor air tube is detached — if so, reconnect it.
- If the faucet and inlet valve are both normal but the water level doesn’t rise, check for internal leaks (look for water pooling under the machine).
