The E07 error code indicates the wireless communication module is not recognized by the system or the module itself is malfunctioning. Wired network connectivity and other core TV functions are typically unaffected.
Common Causes
- The wireless module is not correctly recognized by the main board, usually due to an abnormal communication bus (USB/SDIO) connection between the module and the main board.
- The WiFi/BT antenna cable has come loose or the antenna itself has oxidized, preventing normal RF signal transmission and reception.
- The wireless module firmware has crashed or entered a deadlock state during operation and requires a reset to recover.
- The independent LDO voltage regulator powering the wireless module has failed, resulting in insufficient or abnormal module supply voltage.
- The wireless module has been damaged by electrostatic discharge or lightning-induced overvoltage.
- After a system firmware upgrade, the wireless module driver is incompatible, preventing the module from loading properly.
Self-Check Steps
- Completely power off the TV (unplug it), wait 3–5 minutes, then reconnect power and turn on — this allows the wireless module to perform a hardware reset.
- Enter the TV’s network settings menu, turn off the WiFi switch, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on. Attempt to search for and reconnect to the wireless network.
- Reduce the distance between the wireless router and the TV to within 5 meters to rule out weak signal issues. Also verify the router’s WiFi is functioning normally (test with a mobile phone).
- Check whether a system software update is available for the TV and install the latest firmware to rule out driver compatibility issues.
