常见原因

3. 过滤器严重堵塞，气流减少导致电机过热
4. 吸头或刷条被毛发、纤维缠绕增加电机负载
5. 环境温度过高（超过40°C）或在暖气旁使用

自助排查

1. 立即关闭机器，拔下充电器，让机器自然冷却至少30分钟
2. 清空集尘桶，检查并清理吸头和刷条上的缠绕物
3. 取出前后过滤器，用冷水冲洗至水清，晾干24小时后再装回
4. 检查是否有管道或吸入口堵塞，移除障碍物
5. 若冷却后重新启动仍报E01，请联系戴森售后检修电机组件

Common Causes

1. Dust bin full, restricting airflow and reducing motor cooling efficiency
2. Extended high-load operation (e.g., deep-cleaning an entire home for over 30 minutes)
3. Severely clogged filters reducing airflow and causing motor heat buildup
4. Brush bar or head tangled with hair/fibers increasing motor load
5. Operating in high ambient temperature (above 40°C) or near heat sources

Self-Check Steps

1. Turn off the machine immediately, unplug the charger, and let it cool naturally for at least 30 minutes
2. Empty the dust bin; inspect and clean any debris tangled around the brush bar and head
3. Remove both pre-filter and post-filter, rinse with cold water until clear, then air-dry for 24 hours before reinstalling
4. Check all hoses and intake paths for blockages and remove any obstructions
5. If E01 persists after cooling down, contact Dyson service for motor assembly inspection
