Err1 表示微波炉按键板上的一个或多个按键处于持续闭合（卡死或短路）状态。微波炉上电后控制板会扫描按键矩阵，如果检测到某一按键在连续多个扫描周期内始终处于按下状态，则判断为按键异常并显示 Err1。此代码也适用于触控按键的机械式按键板。按键卡死后微波炉无法进入正常操作模式，其他按键输入也会被屏蔽，以防止意外启动。
常见原因
- 按键板导电橡胶老化变形，导致按键触点与 PCB 碳膜线路持续接触无法回弹。
- 烹饪过程中汤汁或水分溅入控制面板缝隙，干燥后残留糖分或盐分形成导电桥路造成按键误触发。
- 薄膜按键的银浆印刷线路因长期弯折疲劳出现裂纹，裂纹处受潮后产生泄漏电阻使按键保持导通。
- 按键板与主控制板的排线（FFC/FPC）插头松动或插偏，使某一扫描线对地或对电源短路。
- 控制面板受外力挤压或机壳变形导致按键薄膜与面板之间产生永久性压痕，按键始终处于受压状态。
自助排查
- 拔掉微波炉电源等待 30 秒后重新插电，观察 Err1 是否消失——有时是上电瞬间误检测，断电复位可清除。
- 如果 Err1 在重新上电后依然存在，依次按压面板上所有按键，尝试让卡死的键位弹回。用吹风机（冷风档）对着控制面板吹 1-2 分钟，排除潮湿引起的导电漏电。
- 检查控制面板表面是否有食物残渣或液体渗入痕迹。如有，用微湿软布擦拭后彻底擦干，等待 10 分钟再试。
- 拆下面板后盖（需先断电），检查薄膜按键连接排线是否插紧在主控制板插座上，轻轻按压排线两侧确认到位。
- 若以上均无效，则按键板薄膜或导电橡胶已物理损坏，需要更换按键板组件。联系富及第售后订购对应型号按键板，更换时注意排线方向避免插反。

Meaning
Err1 indicates that one or more keys on the microwave keypad are detected as continuously pressed (stuck or shorted state). After power-up, the control board scans the key matrix. If a particular key is sensed as pressed for multiple consecutive scan cycles, it determines the key is abnormal and displays Err1. This code also applies to membrane keypads with tactile switches. When a key is stuck, the microwave cannot enter normal operation mode and other key inputs are blocked to prevent accidental start-up.
Common Causes
- The conductive rubber keypad pads have aged and deformed, causing the contacts to remain continuously bridged against the PCB carbon traces without rebounding.
- Spilled cooking liquids or moisture have seeped into the control panel gap, and after drying, residual sugar or salt forms a conductive bridge, falsely triggering a key press.
- The silver-ink printed traces on a membrane keypad have developed fatigue cracks from repeated flexing; moisture entering these cracks creates a leakage resistance that keeps the key circuit closed.
- The FFC/FPC ribbon cable connecting the keypad to the main control board is loose or inserted at an angle, causing one scan line to short to ground or power.
- The control panel has been pressed by external force or the chassis has deformed, leaving a permanent indentation on the keypad membrane layers, keeping a key physically depressed.
Self-Check Steps
- Unplug the microwave for 30 seconds then reconnect power to see if Err1 clears — a false detection during power-up can sometimes be resolved by a power cycle reset.
- If Err1 persists after re-powering, press every key on the panel sequentially to try to free the stuck key. Use a hair dryer (cool air setting) directed at the control panel for 1-2 minutes to eliminate moisture-induced conductive leakage.
- Inspect the control panel surface for food residue or signs of liquid ingress. If found, wipe gently with a slightly damp soft cloth, then dry thoroughly and wait 10 minutes before retrying.
- Remove the back cover of the control panel (after disconnecting power) and check that the membrane keypad ribbon cable is fully inserted into the main controller board connector. Gently press on both sides of the cable to ensure it is seated.
- If none of the above works, the keypad membrane or conductive rubber has sustained physical damage and requires replacement of the keypad assembly. Contact Frigidaire after-sales to order the correct keypad model. When replacing, pay attention to the ribbon orientation to avoid inserting it backwards.
