- 进水电磁阀故障，无法正常开启或关不严。

自助排查
- 确认连接洗衣机的水龙头已完全打开。
- 关闭水龙头，逆时针旋下进水管与洗衣机接口（或与水龙头接口），检查内部的过滤网是否有泥沙或杂质堵塞，用小刷子或旧牙刷在水流下清洗干净后装回。
- 检查进水管是否有明显弯折或压扁，如有则将管路理顺。
- 检查家中其他水龙头出水是否正常：如全屋水压偏低，建议联系物业或供水公司解决；如仅洗衣机进水管出水慢，可能是管路问题。
- 重新打开水龙头，启动洗衣机运行一个短程序，观察进水是否恢复正常。
- 若过滤网已清理、水压正常但故障依旧，可能是进水阀或水位传感器故障，请联系 LG 售后服务中心检修。

- The water level sensor or pressure switch is damaged, causing abnormal water level detection.
Self-Check Steps
- Confirm that the water tap connected to the washing machine is fully open.
- Turn off the tap, unscrew the inlet hose at the connection point (either at the machine or at the tap), inspect the filter screen for sediment or debris, clean it under running water with a small brush or old toothbrush, and reinstall it.
- Check the inlet hose for noticeable kinks or crushing; straighten it if necessary.
- Test other faucets in the house: if water pressure is low throughout the home, contact your property management or water utility; if only the washing machine has slow flow, the issue is likely in its supply line.
- Turn the tap back on and run a short cycle to see if water intake has returned to normal.
- If the filter is clean, water pressure is adequate, but the error persists, the inlet valve or water level sensor may be faulty — contact LG customer service for repair.
