- 压缩机温度传感器插头在室外机接线端子排处松动
- 传感器引线被老鼠咬断或老化脆裂
- NTC传感器阻值漂移，500kΩ标称值在常温下严重偏离
- 压缩机本体温度检测孔内的传感器未涂导热硅脂，热耦合不良
- 传感器信号线与压缩机强电线缆发生串扰
自助排查
- 关闭空调并切断室外机电源，检查传感器连接器是否插接到位
- 使用万用表测量传感器在环境温度下的阻值（大功率压缩机通常为50-200kΩ）
- 检查传感器引线有无绝缘层破损或裸露铜线短路
- 若阻值异常，拔下传感器单独测量；仍异常则需更换，恢复正常则为主板故障

Outdoor compressor temperature sensor fault. The NTC thermistor mounted on the compressor discharge pipe or shell has abnormal signal output. The system cannot accurately monitor compressor temperature and may trigger protective shutdown.
Common Causes
- Loose compressor sensor connector on the outdoor unit terminal block
- Sensor lead wire chewed by rodents or cracked from age
- Drifted NTC resistance — the nominal 500kΩ value deviates significantly at room temperature
- Sensor inserted into the compressor detection well without thermal grease, causing poor heat coupling
- Crosstalk between the sensor signal wire and compressor power cables
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and disconnect the outdoor unit, then check that the sensor connector is fully engaged
- Measure the sensor resistance at ambient temperature with a multimeter (typically 50-200kΩ for large compressor sensors)
- Inspect the sensor lead wire for damaged insulation or exposed copper that could short
- If resistance is abnormal, disconnect the sensor and measure it alone; if still abnormal, replace the sensor; if normal, the main board is the likely fault
