室外机过电流保护。室外机电流检测电路检测到运行电流超过额定值，控制板触发保护切断压缩机及风扇电源。常见于高负荷运行时。
常见原因
- 电源电压过低（如低于额定电压的85%），压机电流急剧上升
- 压缩机电容容量下降，导致启动和运行电流增大
- 室外机散热不良（冷凝器翅片堵塞或室外风扇转速不足），高压侧压力升高使电流增大
- 压缩机内部机械磨损，摩擦增大导致工作电流超标
- 室外机主板上电流检测CT（电流互感器）或分流电阻故障，误报过流
自助排查
- 使用万用表测量供电电压是否在合格范围内（额定电压±10%）
- 关闭空调后用高压水枪或压缩空气清洗室外机冷凝器翅片
- 检查室外风扇运转是否正常，转速是否达标
- 若频繁出现过流保护且排除以上因素，可能为压缩机故障或主板检测电路异常

Outdoor overcurrent protection. The outdoor unit’s current detection circuit has detected operating current exceeding the rated limit, triggering protective shutdown of the compressor and fan. Common under heavy load operation.
Common Causes
- Low supply voltage (below 85% of rated voltage) causing compressor current to spike
- Degraded compressor capacitor reducing starting torque and raising running current
- Poor outdoor unit heat dissipation (blocked condenser fins or slow outdoor fan) causing high-side pressure and current to rise
- Internal compressor mechanical wear increasing friction and operating current
- Faulty current transformer (CT) or shunt resistor on the outdoor main board causing false overcurrent detection
Self-Check Steps
- Measure the supply voltage with a multimeter to confirm it is within rated range (±10%)
- Power down and clean the outdoor condenser coils with a pressure washer or compressed air
- Check the outdoor fan for proper rotation speed
- If overcurrent protection triggers frequently after ruling out the above, the compressor may be failing or the current detection circuit on the main board is faulty
