常见原因

1. 主板DC-DC降压转换器输出电压异常，导致SoC供电不足
2. eMMC/NAND Flash存储芯片坏块或数据损坏，系统无法完成引导
3. DDR内存颗粒虚焊或损坏，系统启动过程中死机
4. 主板晶体振荡器（晶振）停振，SoC无主时钟信号
5. HDMI/AV输入切换IC静电击穿，导致主板I2C总线锁死

自助排查

1. 尝试按住电视面板上的电源键不放的同时插电，强制进入工厂恢复模式
2. 检查主板各路DC-DC转换器输出（如1.1V、1.5V、3.3V）是否正常
3. 用手触摸主板主芯片散热片检查是否异常发烫或完全不热
4. 若以上无效，需更换主板总成，因为板载SoC与eMMC均为BGA封装难以单独维修

Main board failure. The System-on-Chip (SoC) or critical circuitry on the main board malfunctions. Symptoms include power LED on but no screen activity, no sound, unresponsive remote, or boot stuck at the logo screen.

Common Causes

1. Abnormal output from DC-DC buck converters on the main board, starving the SoC of power
2. Bad blocks or corrupted data in the eMMC/NAND Flash storage preventing boot completion
3. Cold solder joints or damage to DDR memory modules causing system freeze during boot
4. Main crystal oscillator stopped, leaving the SoC without a master clock signal
5. ESD damage to the HDMI/AV input switch IC locking up the main I2C bus

Self-Check Steps

1. While holding the physical power button on the TV, plug in the power cord to attempt forced factory recovery mode
2. Measure main board DC-DC converter outputs (e.g. 1.1V, 1.5V, 3.3V) against their rated values
3. Touch the SoC heatsink — check whether it is abnormally hot or completely cold
4. If none of the above helps, replace the entire main board assembly, as the BGA-packaged SoC and eMMC are not practically repairable
