常见原因

自助排查

4. 检查各水管接头是否松动，紧固后打开水龙头观察是否还漏
5. 若浮子开关卡在浮起位（干燥后仍不复位），需手动复位或更换浮子开关
6. 内胆或泵体密封漏水需联系售后维修，不可自行拆解

5. Stuck float switch in the bottom pan causing false alarm
6. Worn drain pump or circulation pump seal leaking water

Self-Check Steps

1. Immediately disconnect power and close the water tap to prevent further water ingress
2. Clear water from the bottom pan and identify the leak source (door seam, base, hose connections)
3. Inspect the door gasket for flatness, damage, or deformation; clean debris from the gasket channel
4. Check all hose connections for tightness; re-tighten and test with the tap open
5. If the float switch is stuck in the raised position (does not reset when dry), manually reset or replace the switch
6. Tub cracks or pump seal leaks require professional repair — do not disassemble yourself
