常见原因

1. 面板排线（FPC 柔性排线）连接器松动或接触不良
2. 面板 PCB 上按键线路受潮或油污污染导致漏电
3. 排线在门铰链处长期弯折导致内部断线
4. 主控板与面板之间的通讯协议异常（MCU 复位或干扰）
5. 面板控制芯片（MCU）损坏
6. 薄膜按键面板老化导致按键矩阵短路

自助排查

1. 断电重启：拔掉电源插头等待 2 分钟，重新插电看代码是否消失
2. 检查面板排线：打开微波炉外壳，找到面板与主控板连接的排线，重新插拔两端插头确保安装到位
3. 清洁面板电路：检查面板 PCB 背面是否有油污或水渍，用无水酒精清洁并吹干
4. 轻拍面板：轻轻按压面板各区域判断是否有按键卡住未弹起
5. 呼叫售后：若排线连接正常但 E0 仍然存在，可能面板总成或主控板损坏，联系 Robam 售后（9510-5855）

Microwave keypad or panel communication error. E0 indicates abnormal keypad scanning or communication loss between the control panel and the main board. Basic microwave functions may still work, but user operation is unavailable.

Common Causes

1. Loose or poor contact of FPC (flexible printed circuit) panel connector
2. Moisture or grease contamination on the panel PCB causing leakage
3. Broken internal wires in the ribbon cable from repeated flexing at the door hinge
4. Communication protocol anomaly between main board and panel (MCU reset or interference)
5. Faulty panel control MCU
6. Aged membrane keypad causing short circuits in the key matrix

Self-Check Steps

1. Power cycle: Unplug the microwave for 2 minutes, then reconnect to see if the code clears
2. Check panel cable: Open the microwave housing, locate the ribbon cable connecting the panel to the main board, reseat both ends
3. Clean panel circuit: Inspect the panel PCB backside for grease or moisture. Clean with anhydrous alcohol and dry thoroughly
4. Press test: Gently press each area of the panel to check if any key is stuck in the pressed position
