烤箱散热风扇故障。E6 表示主控芯片检测到散热风扇电路异常——风扇电机不转、转速异常或霍尔反馈信号丢失。

常见原因

1. 散热风扇电机轴承因高温缺油卡死
2. 风扇电机绕组烧毁（开路或短路）
3. 风扇叶片被异物卡住或变形碰壳
4. 风扇启动电容（如使用电容启动电机）容量下降或失效
5. 风扇连接器松动或线束受热老化断裂
6. 主控板风扇驱动电路（继电器或 MOS 管）损坏

自助排查

1. 断电冷却：拔掉电源，等待烤箱完全冷却后打开后盖
2. 手动旋转检查：用手轻轻拨动风扇叶片，检查是否转动顺畅；有阻力或卡滞感说明轴承可能缺油或卡死
3. 清洁风扇：清除风扇叶片和电机周围的灰尘、油污及异物
4. 检查连接器：找到风扇电机在主控板上的插头，重新插拔确保接触良好
5. 呼叫售后：若风扇完全不能转动但供电正常，需更换散热风扇电机，请联系 Robam 售后（9510-5855）

Oven cooling fan fault. E6 indicates the main control chip detects an abnormality in the cooling fan circuit — the fan motor fails to spin, runs at abnormal speed, or loses Hall feedback signal.

Common Causes

1. Cooling fan motor bearing seized from high-temperature grease depletion
2. Burned-out fan motor winding (open or short circuit)
3. Foreign object jamming the fan blade or deformed blade rubbing the housing
4. Failed or degraded fan start capacitor (if capacitor-start motor type)
5. Loose fan connector or heat-damaged wiring harness
6. Damaged fan drive circuit on main board (relay or MOSFET)

Self-Check Steps

1. Power off and cool: Unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely, then open the rear cover
2. Manual rotation check: Gently spin the fan blade by hand. Smooth rotation is normal; resistance or binding indicates a seized bearing
3. Clean the fan: Remove dust, grease, and debris from the fan blades and motor area
4. Check connector: Locate the fan motor connector on the main board, reseat it to ensure good contact
