烤箱按键卡滞故障。E7 表示主控芯片检测到面板有按键持续按下超过 30 秒（或触摸按键异常导通），触发按键保护状态。
常见原因
- 按键面板被油污或水渍污染，导致导电膜异常导通
- 机械按键卡在按下位置未弹起（弹簧老化或异物卡住）
- 触摸按键面板（电容式）表面有油膜或水滴干扰检测
- 按键排线（FPC 软排线）插座松动或排线断裂
- 主控板按键扫描电路受潮漏电
- 儿童或宠物意外踩压控制面板
自助排查
- 清洁面板：用微湿软布擦拭控制面板表面，特别是按键区域，去除油污和水渍，然后擦干
- 检查机械按键：如果使用机械按键，逐个按压每个按键确认都能正常弹起；卡住的按键可用牙签轻轻挑动辅助复位
- 断电重启：拔掉电源等待 2 分钟后重新插电，按键保护状态会自动解除
- 检查是否有异物：检查按键缝隙中是否有食物颗粒或异物卡住
- 呼叫售后：若清洁和重启后仍然显示 E7，可能排线或主控板故障，联系 Robam 售后（9510-5855）

Oven keypad stuck fault. E7 indicates the main control chip detects a key has been pressed continuously for over 30 seconds (or a touch key is abnormally conducting), triggering keypad protection mode.
Common Causes
- Keypad surface contaminated by grease or moisture, causing false conduction
- Mechanical key stuck in pressed position (spring fatigue or foreign object)
- Capacitive touch panel affected by oil film or water droplets
- Loose FPC (flexible printed circuit) connector or broken ribbon cable
- Moisture-induced leakage in the keypad scanning circuit on the main board
- Accidental pressure on the control panel by children or pets
Self-Check Steps
- Clean the panel: Wipe the control panel surface with a slightly damp soft cloth, focusing on key areas. Remove grease and moisture, then dry thoroughly
- Check mechanical keys: If using mechanical buttons, press each one and confirm it springs back. For a stuck key, gently pry it up with a toothpick to reset
- Power cycle: Unplug the oven for 2 minutes, then reconnect. Keypad protection mode will clear automatically
- Check for debris: Inspect key gaps for food particles or foreign objects
