3. Manually rotate the motor pulley and measure hall output signal with a multimeter (AC mode) for voltage change. No change means sensor or magnet failure.
4. Inspect the motor wiring harness for breakage or wear, especially at bend points and connector roots.
5. If all checks pass, replace the motor assembly (including hall sensor) — contact Samsung service.
