含义

4C（部分型号显示为4E）表示洗衣机进水或排水异常。在注水阶段检测到水无法正常流入，或在排水阶段检测到水无法在规定时间内排出。此故障通常与外部供水、排水管路或内部过滤器堵塞有关。

常见原因

1. 水龙头未完全打开或家中停水，导致进水受阻。
2. 进水阀过滤网堵塞，水流无法通过。
3. 排水泵过滤器（残渣过滤器）被硬币、纽扣、线头等杂物堵住。
4. 排水管弯折、压扁或放置过高（超过规定高度），导致排水不畅。
5. 排水泵内部有异物卡住叶轮，排水泵无法正常运转。

自助排查

1. 检查水龙头是否完全打开，确认家中其他水龙头是否有水流出。
2. 关闭水龙头，拧下进水管，清洗进水阀过滤网后重新装回。
3. 打开洗衣机前下方盖板，逆时针旋出残渣过滤器，清理内部杂物并冲洗干净后装回。
4. 检查排水管是否有弯折、压扁或缠绕，整理管路使排水顺畅。
5. 清理后重新启动洗衣机，若故障代码仍然出现，请联系三星售后服务中心。

4C (displayed as 4E on some models) indicates a water supply or drain error. The washer detected that water cannot flow in properly during the fill phase, or cannot drain within the specified time during the drain phase. This fault is usually related to the external water supply, drain plumbing, or a clogged internal filter.

Common Causes

1. The water tap is not fully open or there is a household water supply interruption.
2. The inlet valve filter screen is clogged.
3. The drain pump filter (debris filter) is blocked by coins, buttons, lint, or other objects.
4. The drain hose is kinked, crushed, or positioned too high, restricting drainage.
5. A foreign object is jammed in the drain pump impeller.

Self-Check Steps

1. Check the water tap is fully open and other taps in the home have water flow.
2. Turn off the tap, disconnect the inlet hose, clean the inlet valve filter screen, and reconnect.
3. Open the lower front access panel, remove the debris filter, clean it thoroughly, and reinstall.
4. Inspect the drain hose for kinks, crushing, or tangling — straighten and ensure correct drain height.
5. Restart the washer. If the error recurs, contact Samsung.
