常见原因
- 室内风机电机（PG电机/直流无刷电机）霍尔传感器损坏
- 电机启动电容容量下降或失效
- 电机轴承磨损、缺油导致卡滞或噪音
- 风机调速可控硅或MOS管击穿/开路
- 风轮与电机轴松动打滑或风轮叶片断裂
自助排查
- 关机后手动拨动风轮检查是否转动灵活
- 听电机是否有嗡嗡声但不转——可能启动电容损坏
- 清洁风轮和蜗壳内的积尘，排除异物卡阻
- 检查风机插头是否插紧，电路板上风机端子有无虚焊

Indoor fan failure. The cross-flow fan motor does not rotate or runs at abnormal speed, resulting in no airflow, weak airflow, or unusual noise, reducing evaporator heat exchange efficiency.
Common Causes
- Failed Hall sensor in the PG or brushless DC indoor fan motor
- Degraded or failed fan motor run capacitor
- Worn or dry fan motor bearings causing sticking or noise
- Blown or open fan speed-control triac / MOSFET
- Loose fan wheel on motor shaft, or broken fan blades
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and manually spin the fan wheel to check for smooth rotation
- Listen for humming without rotation — this typically indicates a bad run capacitor
- Clean accumulated dust from the fan wheel and scroll housing
- Verify the fan connector is fully seated and the board-side solder joints are intact
