E23 为底盘漏水检测。洗衣机底部集水盘内的浮子开关动作，检测到有水积聚，控制器判定机器存在漏水并停止运行以防止水溢出损坏地板和电器部件。
常见原因
- 进水管接头密封垫圈老化或松脱，进水时连接处渗漏水流至底盘。
- 内筒与外筒之间的门封圈破损、变形或夹有异物，导致筒间渗漏。
- 排水管接口或排水波纹管裂口，排水时有水渗出。
- 皂液盒至外筒的连接软管脱落或破裂，进水冲洗时水沿机壳内壁流下。
- 外筒体密封失效或筒体焊接处出现裂纹，洗涤/漂洗时筒内水外渗。
自助排查
- 关闭水龙头，拔掉电源插头，检查进水软管与洗衣机和水龙头的连接处是否紧固，密封圈是否完好。如有滴水痕迹，更换密封圈或重新拧紧。
- 打开机门，用手沿门封圈内侧仔细摸检是否有裂口、变形或硬质异物嵌入。如有小裂口可用专用修补胶临时处理，损伤严重则需更换门封圈。
- 检查机身背面排水管接口是否紧固、排水波纹管沿途是否有破损裂纹或渗水痕迹。
- 拉出皂液盒，用手电筒观察其后方与机壳内部连接区域是否有水渍或软管脱落迹象。
- 若以上检查均正常但仍报 E23，可能为外筒或内部管路渗漏，需联系西门子售后服务中心安排上门检修。切勿在漏电风险下继续使用。

Meaning
E23 indicates water leakage detected in the base pan. The float switch in the machine’s bottom drip tray has tripped, detecting accumulated water. The controller stops operation to prevent water from overflowing and damaging flooring and electrical components.
Common Causes
- Inlet hose connection gasket is aged or loose, allowing water to leak at the connection point and drip into the base pan.
- The door gasket (bellows) between the inner drum and outer tub is torn, deformed, or has foreign matter trapped in the seal, causing inter-tub leakage.
- Drain hose connection or the corrugated drain hose has a split, allowing water to seep out during draining.
- The hose connecting the detergent dispenser to the outer tub has come loose or cracked, causing water to run down the inside of the cabinet during the flush phase.
- Outer tub seal failure or a crack at a tub weld joint, allowing water to leak from the tub during wash or rinse cycles.
Self-Check Steps
- Turn off the water tap and unplug the machine. Check that the inlet hose connections at both the washer and the tap are tight and the gaskets are intact. If there are drip marks, replace the gasket or re-tighten.
- Open the door and run your hand along the inside of the door gasket, feeling carefully for tears, deformation, or hard foreign objects embedded in the rubber. Small tears can be temporarily patched with a specialized rubber sealant; severe damage requires gasket replacement.
- Inspect the rear drain connection for tightness and examine the full length of the corrugated drain hose for cracks, splits, or water seepage marks.
- Pull out the detergent drawer and use a flashlight to check the area behind it for water stains or signs of a loose connecting hose inside the cabinet.
- If all checks above are normal but E23 persists, the leak may be from the outer tub or internal plumbing — contact Siemens after-sales service to schedule an on-site inspection. Do not continue using the machine when there is a risk of electric shock from water leakage.
