This error is triggered when the SoC cannot complete its internal initialization sequence (including CPU core startup, cache initialization, bus configuration, etc.). The TV typically shows a power indicator light but no picture on screen, or is completely unresponsive.

Common Causes

1. The main SoC (MStar/MTK/Realtek based) core supply voltage is abnormal — Vcore (1.0V-1.2V) is missing or too low.
