- 断电后重新插拔传感器插头（通常在主控板附近），确保插紧到位。
- 找到冷藏室内壁的温度传感器探头（通常在后壁或侧壁的传感器罩内），检查是否脱落——若脱落推回原位。
- 用万用表测量传感器阻值：常温（25°C）下约 5kΩ–10kΩ（依型号而定）。放入冰箱 0°C 环境下应升至 15kΩ–30kΩ 左右。若为 0Ω 或无穷大则需更换。
- 传感器为低成本易换件——拔下旧传感器，购买同型号新传感器插入即可。联系 TCL 售后获取原厂配件或安排上门更换。

The fresh food compartment temperature sensor has failed. E1 indicates the fresh food temperature detection loop is open or shorted; the main control board cannot read the actual fresh food compartment temperature. This prevents the refrigerator from correctly controlling cooling cycles, and the compartment temperature may deviate from the set value.
Common Causes
- The fresh food compartment temperature sensor (NTC thermistor) is damaged — resistance drift, open circuit, or short circuit.
- The sensor connector to the main control board is loose.
- The sensor probe has fallen out of its mounting slot and is not in effective contact with the compartment wall.
- The sensor connecting wire has been crushed or pinched in the wiring channel inside the cabinet.
- Frequent door opening/closing produces condensation; the sensor has absorbed moisture, causing unstable resistance.
- Sensor detection circuit components on the main board are damaged.
Self-Check Steps
- After powering off, unplug and re-plug the sensor connector (usually near the main control board) to ensure a firm connection.
- Locate the temperature sensor probe on the fresh food compartment wall (usually under a sensor cover on the rear or side wall) and check if it has fallen out — if so, push it back into place.
- Use a multimeter to measure sensor resistance: at room temperature (25°C) approximately 5kΩ–10kΩ (model-dependent). At 0°C it should rise to around 15kΩ–30kΩ. A reading of 0Ω or infinite means replacement is needed.
- The sensor is a low-cost, easy-to-replace part — unplug the old sensor and plug in a matching new one. Contact TCL after-sales for genuine parts or on-site replacement.
