E1 为滤芯寿命到期提醒。净水器累计流量或使用时间已达到滤芯设计更换周期,系统提示用户更换对应级数滤芯。此时出水水质可能仍然达标,但滤芯纳污能力已接近饱和,继续使用可能导致出水水质下降、出水量减小或净水器管路污染。
常见原因
- 滤芯累计净水量已到达标称总净水量上限。
- 滤芯累计使用天数已达到建议更换周期(通常为 6-12 个月,视具体滤芯级数而定)。
- 前置 PP 棉滤芯因原水水质较差提前堵塞,出水流量显著减小。
- 更换新滤芯后未在 APP 或设备上执行滤芯复位操作。
自助排查
- 打开米家 APP,进入净水器设备页面,查看具体是哪一级滤芯需要更换及各滤芯剩余寿命百分比。
- 根据提示购买对应型号的原装滤芯。注意区分 PP 棉、前置活性炭、RO 反渗透膜和后置活性炭不同级数的滤芯。
- 更换滤芯后,务必在 APP 中或通过设备面板长按对应按键执行滤芯寿命复位,否则机器无法识别新滤芯并可能继续报警。
- 若刚更换滤芯不久即报 E1,可能复位未成功,重新执行滤芯复位操作并确认 APP 中滤芯寿命已重置为 100%。
- 更换滤芯后初次使用建议放水冲洗 3-5 分钟,排出新滤芯内部的保护液和活性炭粉末,直至出水清澈无异味。

Meaning
E1 indicates that the filter cartridge life has expired. The cumulative filtered water volume or usage time has reached the filter’s designed replacement interval, and the system alerts the user to replace the corresponding filter stage. While the outlet water quality may still be acceptable, the filter’s contaminant-holding capacity is nearly saturated, and continued use may lead to deteriorating water quality, reduced flow rate, or contamination of the purifier’s internal plumbing.
Common Causes
- The cumulative filtered volume has reached the rated total purification capacity of the filter.
- The cumulative usage days have reached the recommended replacement interval (typically 6–12 months, depending on the specific filter stage).
- The pre-filter (PP cotton) has clogged prematurely due to poor source water quality, significantly reducing outlet flow.
- After installing a new filter, the filter reset procedure was not performed in the app or on the device.
Self-Check Steps
- Open the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app, navigate to the water purifier device page, and check which filter stage requires replacement and the remaining life percentage of each filter.
- Purchase the correct original replacement filter corresponding to the alert. Note the distinction between PP cotton, pre-carbon, RO membrane, and post-carbon filter stages.
- After replacing the filter, be sure to reset the filter life via the app or by long-pressing the corresponding button on the device panel. Otherwise, the machine cannot recognize the new filter and may continue issuing alerts.
- If E1 appears shortly after a recent filter replacement, the reset may not have registered successfully. Perform the filter reset again and confirm in the app that the filter life has reset to 100%.
- After replacing a filter, flush the system for 3–5 minutes on first use to purge the protective solution and activated carbon fines from the new cartridge, until the outlet water runs clear and odor-free.
