机器人充电时检测到充电座终端与机器人充电触点之间的接触异常,无法正常建立电连接开始充电。
常见原因
- 机器人底部充电触点和充电座弹片之间有灰尘或氧化层
- 充电座放置位置不平,机器人对接时触点对位不准
- 充电座弹片变形或疲劳导致接触压力不足
- 机器人充电触点和充电座弹片磨损严重
- 充电座上的引导红外信号受阻,机器人无法精准归位
自助排查
- 用干布或酒精棉片擦拭机器人底部充电触点和充电座弹片
- 检查充电座位置是否水平,后方是否有足够的靠墙空间
- 按下机器人面板上的”归位”按键,观察对接是否准确
- 手动将机器人推至充电座,检查充电指示灯是否亮起
- 如触点氧化严重,用细砂纸轻磨去除氧化层后清洁

Self-Check Steps
- Wipe both the robot’s charging contacts and the dock spring pins with a dry cloth or alcohol wipe
- Verify the dock is on a level surface with adequate wall clearance behind it
- Press the robot’s “home” button and observe whether docking alignment is accurate
- Manually push the robot onto the dock and check whether the charge LED illuminates
- If contacts are heavily oxidized, gently polish with fine sandpaper, then clean thoroughly
