含义
电池组电压低于正常工作所需的最低阈值，BMS判定电量不足以安全驱动电机运行，自动停机保护电芯。
常见原因
- 电池电量完全耗尽后仍继续尝试使用机器
- 电池长期存放（超过3个月）未充电，自放电导致电压跌至保护点以下
- 充电器未插紧或充电接触不良，电池实际未充满
- 电池组内个别电芯老化损坏，整组电压被拉低
- 在极低温环境（低于0°C）中使用，电池化学活性降低导致虚拟欠压
自助排查
- 将机器连接原装充电器，确保充电触点或插头完全插入
- 充电至少3小时，观察充电指示灯是否正常亮起
- 若电池完全没电超过3个月，可能需要更长时间充电才能唤醒BMS
- 在室温环境下（15-25°C）充电，避免低温影响充电效率
- 充满后若E05仍出现，且电池无法保持充电，建议更换电池组

Meaning
The battery pack voltage has dropped below the minimum threshold required for safe operation. The BMS shuts down the motor to protect the cells from deep-discharge damage.
Common Causes
- Continuing to operate the machine after the battery is fully depleted
- Battery stored for an extended period (over 3 months) without charging; self-discharge pulls voltage below the protection threshold
- Charger not fully inserted or poor contact at charging terminals — battery never reached full charge
- One or more aging cells inside the pack degrading and dragging down total pack voltage
- Operating in extremely cold environments (below 0°C); reduced chemical activity causes an apparent undervoltage condition
Self-Check Steps
- Connect the machine to the genuine Dyson charger and ensure the charging contacts or plug are fully seated
- Charge for at least 3 hours and observe whether the charging indicator lights up correctly
- If the battery has been completely flat for over 3 months, extended charging time may be needed to wake the BMS
- Charge at room temperature (15-25°C) to avoid cold-temperature charging inefficiency
- If E05 persists after a full charge and the battery cannot hold charge, replace the battery pack
